It works, but the wheel gets stuck on uneven grass sometimes. Good for patios, maybe not true 'all-terrain' if your yard looks like the moon surface. Decent quality though.

Great product overall. The retraction is snappy. Only giving 4 stars because assembly instructions were written in hieroglyphics. But once set up, it's a beast.
