Coverage Period

Coverage lasts 12 months from the original purchase date unless a different period is stated on the product page or warranty card.

What Is Covered

Eligible defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

What Is Not Covered

Misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or dated receipt from SEAPENG or an authorized seller may be required before service is approved.

Available Remedy

For approved claims, SEAPENG may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent item, or provide another appropriate solution.

Claim Review

Registration does not automatically approve a claim. Our support team will review the product, purchase information, issue details, and photos.
